In this week’s podcast we look at a Middle East Crisis in June of 1985.  On June 14, 1985, TWA Flight 847from Athens to Rome, with a full load of mainly American tourists, was hijacked by Shiite Hezbollah terrorists.  After releasing some women and children, the hijackers – two armed men with handguns and grenades – demanded release of Shiites held in Israeli jails or they would begin to execute the passengers.
